2. SET UP A BAR TAB
If you don’t want to set up a bar tab, scroll to the bottom of the page to proceed.
Ski Passes (e-tickets) will be emailed to the group organiser, who can forward them to all attendees. A Ski Pass must be shown at the bar to access the tab. No drinks will be added without a valid Ski Pass.
OPTION 1: PRE-PAID BAR TAB
Set a limit for your tab by completing the form below. You’ll receive an email with payment details within 3 working days. Payment is due before 1st November 2024. Any unused amount will be refunded afterward. If your bar tab limit is reached on the night and you wish to extend it, please bring a valid card for payment to the event.
OPTION 2: PAY ON THE NIGHT BAR TAB
Bring a valid credit/debit card to leave behind the bar. The tab will open once we’ve received the card and contact details of the authorised person. At the end of the event, you can settle the tab, and the card will be returned. If unpaid, the retained card will be charged before being returned.
